San Diego Comic-Con International, opens a new window is not only a gathering for thousands of fans eager to share their love of comics, anime, movies, television shows, and video games, but a symbol of pop culture itself!
As a Comic-Con newbie, going to SDCC was massive and amazing and slightly overwhelming. I was terrified of the famed Hall H, while still wishing I could go to every single panel and trailer-showing there (without having to camp out overnight, of course). There were Pokémon trainer cosplayers and Harley Quinn's, in all varieties of costume. There was tons to see and I'm definitely glad I went, but you'll have to aim for next year and see for yourself. 2017's SDCC will take place July 20-23!
