Computers & Technology FAQs

  • The computer does not automatically save your files. It is recommended you periodically save your files to an external USB drive. As a temporary location, files can be saved to the Downloads folder. Files will be erased when the computer restarts.

    On a desktop computer you can erase your files with the Delete User Content shortcut.

  • Yes, our 3D printers are available by reservation at all of our locations. Visit our Rooms/Equipment Reservation page and guidelines for more information.

  • For questions and support please contact our customer care team by phone, text, or email, or visit one of our 13 locations.

  • Depending on the service area you may check on the Sprint, opens a new window, T-Mobile, opens a new window, or Verizon, opens a new window coverage map. This will let you know if you fall within the network coverage area.

  • Service for the hotspots is available in the US anywhere within the Sprint, opens a new window, T-Mobile, or Verizon, opens a new window coverage area. International service is not available at this time.
