Do you have an interest in working with youth? We’re hiring, come join us! San Mateo County Libraries is hiring Big Lift Inspiring Summers, opens a new window facilitators.
Facilitators will lead high-quality learning experiences for children who are reading below grade level in areas of the county where most of the youth qualify for free or reduced lunch. The Big Lift Inspiring Summers program serves children who will be entering kindergarten, first, second or third grade in the fall. Facilitators may be assigned to either a part-time or full-time role and will work the duration of the 6–7 week summer program.
Summary of Position
- Work with rising kindergarten, first, second or third grade students
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- 6-7 week time commitment
- Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 - $31.00
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older
