What games and puzzles are available to borrow?
As part of our InLuck collection, we have games and puzzles available for all ages and difficulty levels. Please note that some of the games and puzzles may not be available at your nearest San Mateo County Libraries location. We will continually add games and puzzles to our collection.
Who can check out a game or puzzle?
Games and puzzles can be checked out by anyone with a Peninsula Library System library card. Sign up for a library card.
How do I check out a puzzle or game?
You may check out a game or puzzle like you would any book. Visit the front desk or a self-checkout machine to borrow a game or puzzle.
How long can I check out a puzzle or game?
At this time, you can check out a board game, card game or puzzle for one week (seven days).
Are they renewable?
At this time, games and puzzles are not renewable.
Can I put a puzzle or game on hold?
At this time, games and puzzles are available on a first come, first served basis.
Where do I return a game or puzzle?
Please return your game or puzzle to any Peninsula Library System library at the front desk or using the book drop.
Will the game have instructions?
All games include instructions in English.
Are there instructions available in languages other than English?
Instructions in languages other than English are available online and provided by the game’s publisher. Please ask a library staff member for assistance.
