We are delighted to report that Phase 1 of the New Half Moon Bay Library Project is underway! The old Half Moon Bay Library building has been demolished, opens a new window. While demolition and construction are going on, we have set up a bright and cheerful temporary library at Shoreline Station (225 S. Cabrillo Highway, Suite 104B, Half Moon Bay CA 94109, opens a new window). We provide full services, 7 days a week with our regular hours. We continue to offer a wide variety of engaging programs for all ages at the temporary library, including appointments with our 3D printer.
In addition, we are hosting After School Activities at the Adcock Center, opens a new window Monday through Friday from 3-5 PM. In this safe and relaxed space, tweens and teens are welcome to hang out and enjoy snacks and fresh fruit, computer gaming and the internet, and opportunities to participate in creative and inspiring activities. The library at Shoreline Station is a great place to go for students who want a place to study or read.
