Celebrate Father's Day weekend here at San Mateo County Libraries! On June 16, we honor the fathers and father figures that come in many different forms, like a stepdad, grandfather, uncle, family friend or a role model you look up too. It's a day to acknowledge all the fathers who work to protect and guide us!

- Playtime Storytime: Come along for an active, playful family storytime. Hear new stories and get your wiggles out with the whole family. We'll play and learn together!
- Mandarin/English Storytime: Join us for bilingual Mandarin and English stories and music the whole family will love! Children of all ages will enjoy listening, singing and playing along. 歡迎參加中英雙語故事時間！任何年齡的孩子都歡迎一起聆聽故事、放聲歌唱跟玩耍
- Prideful Pyit Taing Htangs: Paint and customize a Burmese paper mache toy called the "Pyit Taing Htang" with artist Valerie Liu. These toys are thought of as symbols that represent resistance and resilience. Come learn about this toy and craft one of your own!
- Biblio Spectacular Magic Show: Be amazed by the Biblio Spectacular Magic Show! This family-friendly event is great for school-aged kids and adults who are young at heart.
- Bay Area Wild: Wildlife in the Library: Experience wildlife up close with Wildmind Science Learning. Visiting critters can include a grey fox, a skunk, a red-tailed hawk and a kingsnake.
- Echoes of Ancient Civilizations: A Musical Odyssey: Embark on a captivating musical journey with Sirvan Manhoobi as he guides you through the enchanting realms of Persian, Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish music.
- Circus and Comedy Show: Award-winning circus comedians, Coventry & Kaluza bring a variety of skills and thrills to their show, which features juggling, acrobatics, music, comedy, dog tricks and high numbers hula hooping. It’s interactive fun for the whole family!
