If you plan to respond to a proposal, you must notify the point of contact listed in the packet. Failure to notify us may result in your not being notified of any addenda or changes and may subsequently disqualify you from the proposal process.
In all cases, awards are made to the best advantage of San Mateo County Libraries. Price may not always be the determining factor, particularly requests for proposals containing other special evaluation factors. Proposal responses must address these factors and will be excluded from consideration if these factors are not addressed.
