Meet Author Laura Numeroff

San Mateo County Libraries is excited to welcome author Laura Numeroff to our North Fair Oaks Library on Thursday, March 30 at 6:30 PM. Come to the library for this special storytime and short presentation of Laura's adventures. A  Q&A session and book signing will follow. Remember to bring your copy of Laura's books to sign! Limited copies of Laura's books will be available for the first 15 families that attend the event.

Get to Know Laura Numeroff

Laura Numeroff is a New York Times best-selling children’s book author. She is best known for the series based on her book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. Laura was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up as the youngest of three girls, surrounded by art, music and books.  She attended Pratt Institute and graduated with a degree in communications and a contract for her first children’s book, Amy for Short, published in 1975 by Macmillan.
