San Mateo County Libraries proudly presents the third annual Indie Author Fest. A day we bring local, independent Bay Area voices in the literary world closer to our community members. Join us on Saturday, October 18, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, at the Belmont Library for a vibrant mix of author-reader exchanges, publishing forums and networking opportunities.
Come early for your chance to pick up a free book, while supplies last! In partnership with Belmont City Parks and Recreation, opens a new window, this event is free and open to all—no tickets required, just your love of books and local authors. Indie Author Book Fair
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Belameda Park
Meet over 30 authors sharing their creations, with a chance for book signings and heartwarming interactions. Discover exciting new books by local authors, like picture books that represent your heritage or romantasy fiction you know your book club will love. Don’t just take a book—take inspiration, connection and a spark for your own next chapter.
