Hidden Figures

Recently released, this film depicts the historic contributions made by three extraordinary African-American women working behind the scenes of the NASA space flight programs. Known as computers, Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan and Mary Jackson calculated by hand the mathematical equations that ensured the success of Alan Shepard's, John Glenn's and Neil Armstrong's space missions.
