Together, We Can Take Care of Our Mental Health

Hello! See what's happening at our libraries

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to shed light on the importance of mental well-being and to fight the stigma surrounding mental health conditions. At San Mateo County Libraries, we believe that knowledge and understanding are powerful tools for promoting mental health.

Each year, San Mateo County Health has a different Mental Health Month theme, and this year's theme is Heal Through Connection, #SMCAgainstLoneliness. Now more than ever, San Mateo County Libraries is here to help our community find ways to connect with one another and take care of our mental health.
