Kenny Blackwell and Dorian Michael form a mandolin/guitar duo that play a wide range of music from bluegrass roots to blues, jazz, old-timey, Celtic, and Brazilian. Blackwell is also a member of the famed Laurel Canyon Ramblers and is a sought after studio musician.

Museum of Craft and Folk Art Present the Olmec, Maya & Aztec
Wednesday, July 23 from 11-3
Explore fascinating Mesoamerican civilizations from Mexico to Central America. Using authentic and ancient animal images, children create clay plaques that can be painted and become hangings or relief blocks for printing.

Stroll the streets of Brisbane, find that treasure you never knew you wanted, and maybe even connect with the love of your life in a furry friend! PHS/SPCA adoptions will be located in front of the Library from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. In the 2 years they've been here, we've found loving homes for 9 animals. Open your heart and your home and let's try to double that this year.

In this new, updated edition of The Return of Depression Economics, Krugman shows how the failure of regulation to keep pace with an increasingly out-of-control financial system set the United States and the world up for the greatest financial crisis since the 1930s. He also lays out the steps that must be taken to contain the crisis and turn around a world economy sliding into a deep recession. Please join us in the discussion of his work.
